The bank provides three types of application forms. They are:

1. Private Individual Application Form
2. Joint Application Form
3. Company Application Form

1. Private Individual Application Form: As the name suggests, this form will be applicable to an individual only. It would be given to any personal who wishes to apply for a home loan with the Standard Bank. The applicant must be 21 years of age.
   • Joint Application Form: These application forms are provided to those who wish to apply for a housing loan in a joint name. Such as husband and wife, father and son, brother and sister and so on. Both the applicants must have crossed the age of 21 years before applying for a home loan.
   • Company Application Form: Any company can apply for a loan in order to avail a property provided the Section 40 of the Corporations Act does not object

The application status means till where has your application form reached and the time required for the loan amount to get processed.
