NAB Home Loan Choice Package


NAB home loan choice package combines all the financial services, discounts and benefits in one package called the choice package scheme. This gives out a variety of products with different kinds of benefits and discounts on an annual package fee. The package says that if you borrow $150,000 with a NAB Flexi Plus Mortgage or NAB Tailored Home loan scheme you can mix it up with a choice package discounts on the

products that are included in that particular package.



The discounts that are offered are by NAB Home Loan Choice Package are:


  1. Preferential lending rates
  2. Preferential fee discounts
  3. No transaction fees
  4. No annual credit card fee
  5. Low premiums charged if you select any of their insurance product
  6. Single annual fee
  7. Bonus on term deposits

  1. Preferential lending rates: It gives out exciting discounts on the standard variable rate, discount on fixed rates, discount on NAB Margin lending rates and discount on NAB Flexi Mortgage rates.
  2. Preferential fee discounts: NAB Flexi Plus Mortgage and NAB Tailored home loan's service fees and application fees are covered by a single annual fee.
  3. No transaction fees: There is no transaction fee, service fee or ATM fee charged on the NAB transaction account.
  4. No annual credit card fee: There is no annual fee charged on any kind of credit cards used by the NAB bank. This is also applicable for gold card holders.
  5. Low Premium on Insurance products: There is a 5% of annual discount on life insurance covers given by National Australia Bank. It further gives a 12 month cover on a 11 months charge.
  6. Single Annual Fee: The entire package is made available at $395 of an annual fee. This is applicable on all the products and services offered by the NAB bank.
  7. Bonus on term deposits: The bonus margins given out for term deposits are 0.25% for a standard term.
