|The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) is a fully owned Government of India enterprise. Established on April 25, 1970, HUDCO has emerged as the leading national techno-financing institution of India. HUDCO was set up with the primary objective of providing long-term finance for construction of houses, undertaking urban development programs and infrastructure facilities.
