  • Banks in Bihar and Jharkhand are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • For all other locations, the services are available from 8.00AM to 8.00PM on all days inclusing Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• For Demat Account Services: Services are available from 8.30AM to 5.30PM on weekdays and from 9.30AM to 1.30PM on Saturdays. Banks are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• For Mutual Funds and Investment Services Account,the toll free number is 1800 22 1006 (for anywhere in India) which can be dialled from BSNL/ MTNL landline or one can call at (022) 6160 6161 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays & 9:30am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.One thing to note that these services are not available on bank holidays and Sundays.
