HDFC bank uses three different channels to offer efficient customer service to its customer. All the customer can contact the bank through foolowing three means:

3. Online Access for Existing Customers: In this option existing customers of HDFC bank can directly login to the website by entering their username, account number and password and then post their queries.
- You can call on the given telephone number: +91 (22) 61606161 or 1800 22 1006 from BSNL/MTNL Landline anywhere in India.
- The timings are 9.30AM to 6.30PM on weekdays and from 9.30AM to 1.30PM on Saturdays. The bank is closed on Sunday and other Bank Holidays.

- Banks in Bihar and Jharkhand are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- For all other locations, the services are available from 8.00AM to 8.00PM on all days inclusing Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- For Demat Account Services: Services are available from 8.30AM to 5.30PM on weekdays and from 9.30AM to 1.30PM on Saturdays. Banks are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- For Mutual Funds and Investment Services Account,the toll free number is 1800 22 1006 (for anywhere in India) which can be dialled from BSNL/ MTNL landline or one can call at (022) 6160 6161 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays & 9:30am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.One thing to note that these services are not available on bank holidays and Sundays.
