Secured MasterCard –The annual fee for this Capital One credit card is $29 and the minimum credit line is $200. The refundable deposits based on the credit are $49, $99 and $200. The refundable deposit may be made through partial payments. The card will be issued once the full credit payment is received within 80 days by the concerned authority.
VentureOne Rewards – The card has no annual fees and one may earn 1.25 miles per dollar on every purchase. Foreign transaction fee along with transfer fee is waived.
