Interest Rate

Interest rate is liable to vary on a periodical basis. You have to pay extra interest @ 0.25 % on top of the specified rates for purchasing a second flat/home.

Security:

Mortgage of flat/house will work as security against the loan.

Repayment of Canara Bank home loan

You can pay off your Canara Bank home loan through suitable EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) within a maximum repayment term of 25 years or reaching the age of 70 years whichever comes in the first place (dependent on certain stipulations).

Processing charges of Canara Bank India home loans

The processing fee is 0.50% of the loan amount subject to a minimum amount of Rs. 500 and maximum amount of Rs. 10,000. There is no application fee and hidden fee.

Prepayment:
